天海科技廣場(chǎng)位于北京市朝陽區(qū)天盈北路9號(hào)，五方橋東南角，是北京下一個(gè)創(chuàng)意園區(qū)聚集地“黃廠路”的代表項(xiàng)目，前身是北京天海工業(yè)園，由北京民通基業(yè)策劃改造運(yùn)營，民通基業(yè)是北京早的文化園區(qū)改造先驅(qū)企業(yè)，在北京有多個(gè)成熟園區(qū)項(xiàng)目。天海科技廣場(chǎng)總建筑面積58000平方，園區(qū)綠化率達(dá)到60%，基本都是以獨(dú)棟辦公為主，從300㎡-20000㎡企業(yè)辦公獨(dú)棟為主，是追求獨(dú)立、多氧，創(chuàng)意辦公空間企業(yè)的選擇，園區(qū)24小保安巡邏，公共區(qū)域360度無死角的安全監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)，保證入駐企業(yè)安全放心辦公使用。

Tianhai Technology Plaza is located at No. 9 Tianying North Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing, at the southeast corner of Wufang Bridge. It is a representative project of the next creative park gathering place in Beijing, "Huangchang Road". Its predecessor was Beijing Tianhai Industrial Park, planned and operated by Beijing Mintong Jiye. Mintong Jiye is the earliest pioneer enterprise in cultural park renovation in Beijing, with multiple mature park projects in Beijing.
