樣本類型：標(biāo)本必須為液體不含沉淀。包括像血清、血漿、組織勻漿、細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)上清液、尿液、胸腹水、腦脊液等。取材前須向銷售人員所要說明書。

人環(huán)指蛋白39(RNF39) ELISA試劑盒試劑準(zhǔn)備： 

1、使用前，所有的組分都要至少復(fù)溫 120min，確保充分復(fù)溫到室溫。 

2、濃縮洗滌液：從冰箱取出的濃縮洗滌液，會有結(jié)晶產(chǎn)生，這屬于正常現(xiàn)象，水浴加熱使結(jié) 晶完全溶解。濃縮洗滌液與蒸餾水，按 1:20 稀釋，即 1 份的濃縮洗滌液，添加 19 份的蒸 餾水。 

3、底物：底物液 A 和 B，在使用前，按 1:1 體積充分混合，混合后 15 分鐘內(nèi)使用。

ELISA試劑盒常見問題解答：

1.問：我的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)曲線看起來很好，但我沒有在樣本中得到預(yù)期的信號，這是為什么？答：樣品可能不含分析物。矩陣效應(yīng)可能掩蓋檢測。確保按照我司試劑盒中說明書進(jìn)行稀釋。稀釋，前請檢查以確保稀釋操作正確。過度稀釋可能導(dǎo)致樣品低于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)曲線的范圍。Q:My standard curve looked fine, but I didn’t get a signal in my sample when I expected to, why?A:The sample may not contain the analyte. A matrix effect may be masking the detection. Ensure that the recommended dilution was followed as stated in the kit insert. If dilution was recommended, check to be sure that the dilution was performed properly. Over-dilution may cause the sample to fall below the range of the standard curve.

2.問：你建議我該如何洗板？答：如果您使用的是自動洗板機(jī)，我們建議定期檢查校正，并在清洗前用洗板機(jī)緩沖液沖洗系統(tǒng)。手動洗板機(jī)也是如此。或者使用中繼器或洗滌瓶。用戶應(yīng)小心確保所有內(nèi)容物都被吸入，并在無棉紙上輕敲干燥。Q:How do you recommend I wash my plate?A:If you are using an automated plate washer we recommend that the calibration be checked on a regular basis, and that the system is flushed with the Plate Washing Buffer prior to washing. The same is true for a manual washer. A repeater or a wash bottle can also be used. The user should be careful to ensure that all of the contents are aspirated and the plate tapped dry on lint-free paper.
